As part of its strategic initiative to work closely with institutions of higher education, NASPO is proud to sponsor the National Invitational Public Policy Challenge, hosted by the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania with GOVERNING Magazine. Modeled after MBA business plan competitions, the competition challenges student teams to develop policy proposals and civic campaign plans. NASPO President Dean Stotler will be among the invited speakers, with the goal of helping students see the procurement element in public policy issues.

Evans School of Public Affairs, University of Washington

Fels Institute of Government, University of Pennsylvania
